After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up and transfer to Saphan Taksin pier, and embark on a long-tail boat ride and sail up the majestic Chao Phraya river before entering the Khlong that takes you away from the normal tourist trail. Inside the network of Khlongs, stop at Wat Khun Chan which is an interesting temple area rarely visited by tourists. Crossing a small footbridge leads into the old alleys where a cold coffee can be enjoyed before entering Wat Paknam or the white stupa with a hidden museum.
Back in the boat and continue on a beautiful part of the Khlong with a mix of old wooden houses and new modern mansions until reaching an orchid and fruit farm where you will have time to walk around and see the many types of orchids on display.
Return to the hotel, free at leisure until transfer to the airport in Bangkok for flight to Chiang Mai, upon arrival in Chiang Mai, meet up with our EXO Travel tour guide and transfer to your hotel.

In the morning, explore the old and modern city of Chiang Mai, including its old crumbling city walls, gates, moat, eclectic markets, residential areas, majestic foreign consulates, government buildings and Tapae Road, one of Chiang Mai’s main streets. Continue with a drive up to Doi Suthep Mountain for a visit to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. Built in 1384 AD, this is the most sacred temple in Northern Thailand. Inside the temple, you will see one of the most sacred stupas in all of Thailand. A fantastic panoramic view over the city can be seen from here. Breathe deeply and enjoy the serenity of ancient Wat Jed Yod with its seven spires stupas and Wat Suan Dok where the ashes of Chiang Mai’s royal family are interred.
In the afternoon, transfer to Chiang Mai Airport for flight to Bangkok. Upon arrival in Bangkok, transfer to Hua Hin.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Full Day Sam Roi Yod National Park Visit Thailand’s first Coastal National Park, famous for the three hundred peaks of Limestone Mountains, coves, beaches and islands. Drive through the countryside and see pineapple plantation. Continue to Bang-Pu fishing village to take a boat ride through the open sea and visit a beautiful stretch of beach below the Pra-Ya-Na-korn Cave. Walk 430 meter up to cave dome to see the dripping stalagmites around the pavilion built by King Rama V. After lunch, enjoy swimming in the warm sea.
