Get to know the art side of the capital and actually meet the artisans and hand crafters at the nearby villages. Head back to Hanoi for lunch and this afternoon, visit Dr Huong, a traditional medicine expert and practitioner. Then visit the traditional medicine street and browse the variety of herbs and spices on offer. You are free to spend this evening at leisure.
