Meet with a professional trainer and get an introduction into the art of Muay Thai, Thailand’s traditional martial art. Observe local boxers training and learn about the rituals and training schedule of top boxers.
After this introduction, hop into the ring for a chance to experience Muay Thai. Mimic the trainers as they demonstrate the traditional movements that start each match, used to bring good luck to the participants. Then practice the basic kicks, punches and other manoeuvres used by boxers to beat their opponents.

Cool down, then follow the professional trainer from the camp to Rajadamnern Boxing Stadium, Bangkok’s world famous Muay Thai venue. Go backstage and see the fighters as they go through their pre-match ritual, getting a glimpse of the intense concentration and preparation of the athletes.
Following this ‘behind the scenes’ visit, grab a ringside seat for the evening’s main event. Watch a live Muay Thai fight, soaking up the energy of the crowd as the boxers grapple nearby. After the fight, meet the champion for an unforgettable photo opportunity.
Before departing the stadium, the trainers will offer a special present: a pair of real Muay Thai boxing shorts. With this uniquely Thai gift in hand, return to the hotel late this evening for a good night’s sleep.
